2012/13 Sponsored rider applications

It is coming up for the time for applications for our sponsored riders.  The submissions needs to be made by April 1st 2012.  This is for a one year sponsorship by Unicycle.com.

We are looking for people who are unicycling at a high level and who will promote Unicycle.com. Benefits to being a UDC sponsored rider is that you will get generous discount from Unicycle.com on unicycles and parts etc. You will also get a special sponsored rider t-shirt that is to be worn when unicycling. Plus you may be asked to test new unicycles and parts that are in development by UDC.

Southampton Unicycle Hockey Tournament

The Southampton Unicycle Hockey Club (Penguins) are organising a unicycle hockey tournament at Crestwood College in Eastleigh.  Teams need to apply to Richard Fenandez directly or via the UUU website.

Belfast Juggling Convention 2012

Belfast Juggling Convention is at the Queen’s University Student’s Union in Belfast.  It has workshops in circus, beatboxing, hiphop dance, and much more.   More details can be found on their facebook page.

Huni-Rex visits UDC

Janos Kanasz from Bi-Drive in Hungary, the manufacturers of the amazing Huni-Rex Unicycle came to visit Unicycle.com last week. It was not all work though; here is a picture of Janos “testing” the schlumpf powered Qu-Ax penny farthing (with disc brake of course!) along the sea front at Seaton Carew.
