6.4    In some cases it is not possible for us to specify in advance the periods for which your personal data will be retained. In such cases, we will determine the period of retention based on the following criteria:
(a)    the period of retention of account datawill be determined based on active use of the account. Inactive accounts will be retained for 36 months.
(b)    Enquiry datawill be securely archived yearly after 5 years or deleted on upon request.
(c)    Transaction data held on our websites will be retained for a minimum of 3 years but may be deleted upon request.
(d)    Transaction data held within our accounts system will be retained for a minimum of 6 years and then deleted or securely archived at year end accounting period (31 Aug).
(e)    Transaction data held within our email system will be retailed for a minimum of 36 months and then securely archived or deleted on request.
(f)    the period of retention of notification datawill be determined by the users response to correspondence, data will become inactive automatically if bounced or undeliverable emails are received or you request not to receive then.  The data will be deleted upon request.
6.5    Notwithstanding the other provisions of this Section 6, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which we are subject, or in order to protect your vital interests or the vital interests of another natural person.
