The Sym cranks are an experiment in a new type of street and flat crank. Originally conceived by the Austrian rider Wolfgang Hennerbichler, these cranks have a 30mm tube extending on the opposite side from the crank arm. This extension gives unprecedented stability for tricks requiring standing on one or both cranks.
