When riding on these tyres you feel you can ride up or over anything. This tyre will fit in the Nimbus 29" frame or Nimbus II 26" frame but not the Pashley Muni. Recommends using a rim of 28mm width or more . Reinforced side walls, aggressive tread, 70mm wide over the knobbles.

Quite a job to get on and off the rims but once they are seated they fit like a glove. Great big chunky threads will cope with anything even deep mud, sideways inclines and they love bouncing off rocks. Never bottom out even on big jumps and they make an ace noise on tarmac back to the car! If you like to get stuck in this is the tyre for you. (Posted on 17/10/2016)
I was using a Maxxis High Roller which seemed a good tyre so this review of the Wildlife Leopard a direct comparison. I duplicated the ride in similar conditions (natural single track, sheep and rabbit. Downhill and rolling. Soft ground). The Duro floated over lumps and bumps enabling me to clear sections that the Maxxis wouldn't. The Duro is less agile and heavier but strangely climbs rough ground better than that Maxxis. The tyre pressure I used in the Duro was 17 lbs per square inch , I think it could go lower. I am very happy with my purchase. (Posted on 13/09/2015)
Admittedly this is the only MUNI tyre I've ever used, but I love it. I initially rode this tyre for a whole 6 months over some pretty steep muddy terrain before it even thought about slipping once, and that was while braking down a steep hill on an inch of wet leaves.
The wide pressure range of 15-35 psi is pretty versatile - it's like having several tyres in one. In the summer I ride at 25-29 psi for speed and more efficient riding up steep hills. If you pump it up to 30-35 psi the tyre will be fast but tend to bounce backwards off roots instead of rolling over them, so I don't go over 30 psi. In the winter I drop the pressure down to 15-20 psi and it's like having a tank tread that absorbs obstacles in the front and spits them out the back. (I weigh 71 kilos.) At this low pressure it walks all over the mud and snow, and I don't even think twice about rolling over mud that my old 20 inch trials uni wouldn't have stood a chance in. The large profile usually keeps the rim well up out of the mud, too, much more so than on my mountain bike with mere 26x2 inch tyres. The rim stays clean and my Magura hydraulic rim brakes keep working great with no discernable rim wear from grit or mud, so no need for disc brakes.
I've put about 1000 off-road miles on mine so far, and there’s still enough depth of tread to walk all over the snow - I just had it out in the 20 January 2013 snowfall and it only started slipping on very steep hills with around a 20 degree gradient. (People tend to over-estimate hill steepness. Look at a hill from the top and bottom and then from the side and you’ll see that a hill that looks extremely steep is only about 30 degrees from horizontal. But I digress.)
On rough terrain the extra width can throw you off your line, but you get used to working with it, and to tell you the truth on rocky terrain I’d rather have the extra cushion than not have it.
One more thing about this tyre - and this is the clincher - (okay, bad joke) - it has a built-in speedometer! Don't believe me? The outer diameter actually measures a whopping 29 inches. Do the maths and you'll find out that the number of revolutions this tyre makes in 5.00 seconds is exactly your speed in mph! All you have to do is glance a few times at your wristwatch and remember to start counting the revs at zero (not one).
This tyre is often sold out so I bought a spare, although I don’t really see needing to change it for another 1000 miles unless I do more snow riding. (Posted on 22/01/2013)
